RETURNS

 

Zubh Khadi offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5-7 days of its delivery.

 

Zubh Khadi does not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered, opened or if the products have been used. If, however, the packaging is still intact and in the same condition as it was when the customer has received the product, customer may contact us for a return.

 

Note: Returns can be done only, The Customer has received Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product; they need to send Unboxing video and product photo to  info@zubhkhadi.com

Replacement

 

Replacement can be done under two circumstances:

 

In case the customer has received damaged/defective/wrong product

 

To replace any items, please inform us at our Customer Care Number at  +91-787-689-3737 or by email at info@zubhkhadi.com.

 

Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer & they asked for a replacement for unwanted, uninterested, or wrongly placed products, in these cases so we will not proceed with the replacements

 

Shipping Charges

 

In case of “Damaged / Defective / Wrong product received”: The Shipping expenses will be beard from our end. Note: The package will be picked up within 2-4 business days from customer’s end.

 

After the pickup, we can re-dispatch the product (it will take 5-6 business day for delivery) or can make the refund only
